Great splitter cable for humminbird.
Works great to use a high speed transducer and a regular scanning transducer from the same head unit.

Used to connect side imaging and high speed transducer to Helix 7. Worked without issue.

Did What It Was Supposed to Do. Great!
I have a Humminbird Helix 9 G3N. I was able to use the high speed transducer from my older G2N and put it together with the side imaging transducer. So both transducers now work on my G3N. You will need to go into your settings on your unit and allow it to read both transducers. I found a video on YouTube that made this easy.

Works perfectly!
Humminbird owner’s manual (Helix 7) says nothing about high speed bottom loss or how to fix it. I learned online and youtube this Y cable allows the unit to utilize TWO transducers and splits the signals to the head unit. Seems a 2D transducer is much better for holding the bottom at speed. I already had a 2D still mounted to my boat so i gave it a try. Problem solved. It seems the SI and DI is even better and 2D is unchanged. Best $38 I spent this month. Humminbird should list all their compatible accessories and what they do in their owners manuals. They did years ago.

I was always unplugging and switching wires between transom and trolling motor transducers. This is such a great upgrade to eliminate that.

Matching my Ishfinder but little bit pricey..

This y connection cable needs 1 transducer for deep image and side image, and a second transducer for depth. You will NOT be able to get side or depth imaging, at the same time as depth readings, if only using 1 transducer connected into one of the two y-cable connections. If you need an extension cable for your transducer, get that, not this y-splitter.
