Having trained in reflexology many years ago, and provided the service to many patients within the NHS, within hospice setting and privately, I know that unlike some other so-called 'complementary therapies', reflexology actually works. Just rolling this foot massager gently under a bare foot an hour before bed while watching TV is not just relaxing, it also stimulates many (though not all) of your reflexology points. This alone can help many people to get off to sleep easier, and even increase the amount of REM (deep sleep) they're able to get. For the price, it's definitely worth a try if you have trouble getting off to sleep.

Pros: Perfect for travel, lightweight and compact, easy to carry in a small bag. Great foot relief, helped with plantar fasciitis and general fatigue. Ribbed texture gets deep into tight areas without causing pain. Con: Slips a bit on smooth floors, works best on a carpet Honestly, I wouldn’t have managed the long walking days without this. Highly recommend if you’re doing any kind of trip that involves a lot of walking.

Was using this foot roller to help with Plantar Fasciitis. The roller snapped in the middle with light use, (both in the fact that I'm not heavy, and wasn't using it often). Would not recommend.

Pros: it does the job when on a carpet or yoga mat Cons: it slips and doesn't roll on tiles or hardwood floors
