Works Good
If you need a gentle laxative or suffer from IBS like me this may be a help for you, I take one every couple days and it will help you go to the bathroom, and it not cause cramping.

Seems different
This used to work good as a charm after two capsules now it feels like I have to take three capsules for it to work. ImI don’t know if they changed the ingredients, being the ass purchased a smaller bottle instead of the usual big bottle but I’m not liking the change. Please change back to original ingredients.

I’m really happy with these cascara sagrada capsules! They’ve been very effective and gentle exactly what I was looking for. I’ve tried a few other products before, but this one worked the best for me without any harsh side effects. Definitely something I’ll keep in my routine. Highly recommend!

Since taking these supplements I have been going to the bathroom every day if not multiple times a day for the first time in years. I no longer feel uncomfortable and I really feel like it has cleaned me out. They really do what they say they do. I also make sure I’m eating a clean diet and drinking plenty of water. I got the idea of trying this after I saw an expensive product on instagram that had cascara sagrada as an ingredient. For a fraction the of the price, I was able to get the results I wanted. It’s not something I’ll take every single day as I don’t believe it’s good for you to take permanently from the research I’ve done but I’ll use it when I’m in need of a bit of a detox.
