Shock Absorber Womens High Impact Sports Bra

My second sports bra from Shock Absorber as I had shrunk since the first one and i was not disappointed. These bras are excellent quality and the size fits as you would expect it to. I love being able to unclip it from the back as you would a normal bra. I have used other ones from Nike that you pull over your head and frankly, when you're tired and sweaty from a workout, it's easy to get stuck with them half way up your shoulders, for a moment panicking that you'll get stuck! These provide excellent support and are really comfortable on the shoulders. I would highly recommend buying this.

I am a DD and very active, so I needed really good support. I came on Amazon and saw this bra at a good price, but was still skeptical, so I bought a size down (a size D) to ensure I was held up properly, as I run a lot. Anyways, needless to say - there was no point - I should have bought the DD size, as the bras are made very well and give maximum support anyway. I purchased this like 8 months ago, and i still have no problems with it. Love it.

This bra fit like a dream. It feels very sturdy, very secure, and well-made. I love the support it provides and the coverage is perfect. That said, the only reason this does not get five stars is one deal-breaker: the underwire. I suppose it could be because I have a relatively short torso, but the underwire is so long, it jabs me in the underarms the entire time, and it is extremely uncomfortable. In fact, I switched after only a few minutes (didn't even leave the changing room) to a different bra because there was no way I could see working out for an hour in a bra that was stabbing me in both underarms. I wanted to love it. I love everything else about it, and actually plan to open the seams and see if I can cut a centimetre or two off the end of each side of the wire and sew it back up.

I have quite large breasts and needed a bra which was comfortable and would stop them from bouncing all over the place, this bra does just that. It is very comfortable, no straps digging in and does make running, and fitness classes a lot less bouncy and more comfortable. I fully recommended. If buying I recommend getting a cup size smaller (which I did) however, I wish I got a back size bigger, as it can be quite hard to get on, once on though it is fine :) I also bought this bra with the underwire, and I would have to say it is not needed. The underwire can begin to dig into the side and the straps don't fasten tight enough for me.

Fantastic bra for long distance running. I bought my first one for my first marathon years ago and no other bras have come close to providing the same level of comfort and support. Although I'm not particularly big, I find other bras still fail during long runs and cause pain and distraction but this one just keeps everything secure and comfortable without any squashing or rubbing. I like the way it sits fairly high on the chest, unlike other sports bras which are lower-cut and still allow "vertical-bouncing". Gives a fairly flattering shape under running tops too and the padded straps and padded three-hook back-fastener are nice touches. I wouldn't bother with any other sports bra now for running.

Absolutely fantastic bra.Best one I've found yet as it gives me the support & comfort I need being bigger busted(34DD) for the high intensity classes I teach.& this is important to me as I'm not worried I'm bouncing around & I'm also protecting my boobs from damage.Also, the wires give me a nice shape & not the one boob effect.Will defo be buying again in the future.

Very disappointed in this product. It is not fit for purpose in my opinion. I run a lot and need a really good bra that will support and not chaff whilst still putting in long miles. This bra even on a short 6 mile run rubbed so badly it took the skin off the underside of both my breasts. I have worn it doing a low impact exercise class and it has rubbed again. Bad design. To be honest I really want my money back it's useless.

I bought myself this sports bra for myself, having had numerous Shock Absobers over the years but I've never had one with underwire, so was a bit worried about how it would fit. But I love it, it fits really well, is very supported and most of all its very comfortable. I have now ordered another 2, one for my mum, one for my boss and I will be getting one for my sister. Everyone has agreed that they love the fit of it. Also the delivery was super fast, ordered around lunch time and it was delivered the following morning, and I do not have amazon prime.
