It doesn't work. The liquid must be all dried up because, I turned and turned and nothing came out

Goes on smooth, and color matches my skin tone nicely. The applicator sponge is a huge bonus, and sponge doesn't rip or fall apart. Only down side is you can't tell how much is left in the bottle, so I always have an extra on hand.
