You need to take two caps to obtain the Vit C requirement. The quality seems good.

Finally found some capsule vit c that wasn’t so expensive. I’ve struggled trying to swallow tablets that made me choke then left a bad feeling in my throat and esophagus. A lot of people take vit C and believe they absorb the amount of vitamins written on the box. False! A lot is damaged by the acid of the stomach. Liposomal protects the vitamins till they can be absorbed in the intestines. I take 1 a day every day. Vitamin C is not only recommended to help the immune system, it has a lot of use in our body.
