These are decent panels for the price. The dark walnut panels look nice and they’re easy to cut and work with. I was worried that they they’d be warped because the box/packaging felt very bulky but thin, so it was almost impossible to keep it from bending. Once the panels were out I discovered that they, too, were thinner than expected, but they straightened out when I attached them to my walls. I used them in my stairwell to dampen some of the noise from my wooden stairs and landing. They worked great.

I got this for my bedroom, and it looks great on the wall behind my TV. I got one of the 4 pack 12x93, and I feel like I was able to get a good looking acoustic slat wall. It's not real wood, it's MDF, but it looks pretty realistic and feels durable. It was easy to cut, and installs easily if you have a trim nailer. I didn't use any glue and just put a trim nail in every foot or so. It was the perfect height for my ceiling so it only took like 30 minutes to put up. I feel like it looks really good for the price, and offers some sound dampening so I don't disturb my family when I game at night. It definitely works for sound dampening, and I find a lot less noise leaks out of the room from the TV after I put up the panels. I would recommend trying it out!
