Alpine S-W12D2 12" Car Subwoofer S-Series 2-ohm Voice Coils

Quality item.....good bass with only .85 cf3 sealed enclosure.....great if you're tight on space. Item came quickly and in great shape no issues with seller. I'm in the break-in period and only pushing half of the 600w RMS rating and the bass is not only deep but the clarity is definitely noticeable and appreciated. Can't go wrong with this item.

These speakers cram! I have them dropped to 2 ohm running 0 gauge wire kit, a yellow top optimum battery, and 2, 2 farat caps, and 2 4000 watt boss armor amps and I tell you I can make nearly anyone shut their systems off or burn them up trying to hit as hard! I set off alarms! Cramming!!!

Nice clean looking subwoofer. Plenty of power handling ability. Will fit any box with at least 5.125" of depth in box.

My wife was very excited to have this subwoofer in her car. We custom built the box and wired it to a crossfire sub amp running 800 watts at 1 ohm. We turned the gain down from the beginning so as not to push it too hard and it blew anyway. Loud squeaking sounds from the driver and no movement at all. After researching the warranty I discovered this particular seller is not alpine authorized to sell these subwoofers, so no warranty. This sub is rated for 800rms at one ohm in the description but clearly it is not able to handle this. I've been building and installing systems for 20 years and this sub let me down. I've built sony systems, kenwood systems, and pioneer systems that are still bumping after almost a decade. This sub lasted about 3 weeks.

Will probably end up getting a second one. Sound quality is great.

The sub i received was damaged, dont get me wrong this sub is amazing just came damaged but overall 5 star quality no complains, getting a replacement soon.

This product did not work. I contacted the seller they sent me a return address. This address although 40minutes away in traffic both ways I decided to return it in person. They refused to receive it at the location I was told to ship to. So now after 4 wks of trying I’m exhausted. Also I’m not using Amazon or their third party sellers ever. I don’t like returning things but I really hate receiving an item that doesn’t work as promised. I feel exploited, used, ripped off.

Sub kicks for its size got in in a downfire small encloser in the back of my truck pounds decent for its size got it running of an infinity kappa one6 hits hard isn't as powerful as a full size sub but for a low profile can't beat an alpine type s have tried sundown audio kicker and a few others and by far alpine kicks the hardest and sounds the cleanest got mine running 2 ohm stable
