Disappointing

With all the rave reviews I read about regarding this product, I expected better results. I like Aveda and use several of the products for a number of years and I am usually willing to pay a higher price for a quality product. But, I have been using both the brightening treatment toner and its companion serum for more than a month and have not noticed any difference in the two sun spots that appeared on my face during the past year. I do agree with other reviewers that the product has a pleasant smell.
