This really works. It says expect 3 months for results. No. It does begin within a month. I have since doubled my amount. I took the original dose on pkg the first month and saw results. The second month I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. It’s doing a great job. I also add a lot of protein to my diet. Fish, 2 eggs everyday. I’m diabetic so it’s a must for me. Just recently received this one though and it’ll take a bit longer for the collagen to show its effects, I only take 1 a day, maybe I’ll start taking 2. One in the morning one in the evening, don’t know yet. Instructions are to take 3 a day. However, all of their products are amazing! They’re easy to take, no weird smell.
