Better than expected. This is the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat in. It’s built very well. It’s extremely sturdy. It’s extremely firm but soft. It reclines very easily and swivels and rocks. It is definitely the best money I’ve ever spent. I highly recommend this. And it was extremely simple to put together.

Great looking chair! The material is soft and durable. The chair is a little more firm but still very comfortable! The recliner, coupled with the heat and vibrating massage is a relaxing combo! The heat function is a little weak. The chair is easy to assemble and great addition to a living or sitting room. Love the chargers for electronics!

Very comfortable and nice! My husband and I are both tall and this chair has been a perfect addition to our nursery. It’s big enough for us both to sit comfortable in it. The only downfall is the gap in the back of the chair :/

Love that the seat on this is nice and wide! Arms are also nice and wide. Comes in two boxes. Easy to put together with only one person. Adjustable head rest nice but I don't use it much. The fabric is soft and comfortable the cream color is very nice. There are two downsides. 1. one you pull the lever on the side to bring up foot rest, there is no way to lock the back rest into a recline. You just have to push and lean back. The back will want to push you back up. Once you get used to it, it is okay. 2. To put the foot rest down, it is too hard to just push the lever back. You will need to push down with the back of your lower leg to get the foot rest back down and then the lever is easy to pull and lock the foot rest in the down position.

This comes in two boxes. I had a little trouble initially, as one box arrived and the other did not, but the seller sent the second box after I told them it was missing. It seems like it didn't get sent with the first one? I did have to hunt for some of the connections, which I realized were secured under the seat and not readily visible like the others, but after I found them it was fine. I haven't used it yet, but I tested it and it seems to work. It's very comfortable, like a cloud. I hope it stays that way over time. It rocks and swivels as well as having heat, massage, and recline. Noise level during massage varies depending on your choice of mode and area. I didn't check the heat function yet. The legs go up and down easily, and the rocker and swivel work well. The color is as pictured, and so soft.

Very comfortable, nice and wide, and great support. Power recline works great and the heat feature with vibration massage is a plus.

I would give this chair a 5 if it stayed reclined. It's very comfortable, bigger than expected, easy to put together; but the reclining mechanism isn't the best and I'm unable to move the headrest back, which where it is now is ok for me, but would have like to been able to move it back. I don't regret the purchase, though.

Very nice chairs!! So easy to put together! I did go with the automatic and paid the extra- but so worth it- heat and massage (vibration) features are good. The are super comfortable and the material is soft- I do like the color too- went with white- which is actually more of an off white cream, which is what I wanted anyway. Smooth rocking and swivel. Would pay almost double at a furniture store, great price. Highly recommend!
