Happy with the product.
The black tap is of poor quality. It becomes slimy in 2-3 days and the water comes out smells foul.Changing the candle didn't work. Finally changed the tap, and now it's fine. Please change the tap of the product. Reduction in height and broadening the base could add to the comfort. Provisioning of the the base ring could add points to customer satisfaction.

I like the item. Good product. Item was supplied without any damage. However, I deeply regret to say that the bottom black circular ring is missing. It would be grateful if the missing item is despatched to my address.

Nut is broken
There are two small nut to attach the candle with the body of filter. I have received a broken nut which is not available in hardware store. For this reason, i have to buy a new candle. There is no contact information of seller in Amazon.in, the card provided with the product contains a contact no which is also not working. So buy at your own risk. Rest the material is good.
