I purchased this backpack for my 15" laptop in hopes of upgrading to a 17" laptop. The first thing I noticed about the backpack is that it had much more storage that I was expecting. Even after I moved all of my cables, headphones, chargers, USB hubs, external DVD player, cooling fan, external hard drives and the computer it's self, there were pockets I found there was a pocket I wasn't even using. The way the shoulder straps are made, I barely feel the bag on my shoulder when I'm carrying it (Yes, I'm one of those that only uses one shoulder strap). There are a total of eight compartments on this bag. The small pockets on each side are hard-shelled to give a little added protection for my hard drives. There is a pocket on the front of the bag that is the perfect size for my external DVD player and it's cable. That pocket is attached to a flap that opens to an organizer type area. This area has places for pens, markers, business cards and cables. This compartment has a port that you can run headphone cables through, in case you wanted to put a device in the organizer and run headphones through the port. The next compartment back is a deep pocket that is perfect for storing headphones in. The compartment behind that is a slightly larger deep pocket. The lining on this compartment has a pouch that's made to hold tablets, but I use it for cable storage and I keep my mouse in there. The last large compartment is the area where you keep the laptop. This compartment is large enough to keep a 17.3" laptop. I keep my 15" laptop and a cooling fan in this compartment. The back of this compartment is ridged to add a little more protection for your computer. The last compartment is on top of the bag between the compartment with the tablet pocket and the computer compartment. This compartment is intended to keep your phone in. I personally use this compartment to keep my ear buds and extension cable in. The shoulder straps are padded as well as the back of the backpack for comfort. The bag also has 4 straps that are used to distribute the weight of the items in your bag, that also help in the comfort department. I shopped around for this bag on multiple sites and found this one to be the cheapest price. I am very happy with my purchase of this bag.

This is a very nice backpack. It is big enough for my 17'" Laptop, 17" Travel Monitor, iPad Air 10", Kindle Fire, 2 spiral note books, 1 - 1" Binder, all the cords, plugs, hot spot, and still plenty of room to spare. The two side pockets are perfect for storing my external number key pad and trackball mouse. The conveniently located small zippered pocket in the top is perfect size for keys, wallet, boarding pass. The wide, padded mesh lined, shoulder straps even make the weight of all my gear comfortable to carry. The mesh back panel seems much cooler than other backpacks I have carried. Even though it is large it still fits under the seat of a regional aircraft. The 5 year warranty is a benefit I hope to never use but it is great knowing it is there if needed. I would definitely recommend this backpack, especially to those that have a lot of stuff to carry.

I just received this today and, because I already saw this product at a local computer store, I knew this would be the right bag for me and what I do. It has ample room for my 13" laptop, either of three USB keyboard controllers, an audio interface, and all the peripherals and cords I need for light- and mid-level mobile music recording and production. What remains to be seen is how well the zippers and clasps hold up, as well as the back straps and stitching. Right now, it looks like it's gonna serve my purpose just fine. UPDATE (19 January 2018): To be honest, I oughta give this a few more months. It's still a tad too early to tell how well the zippers and the stitching hold up, not to mention the lack of padding underneath. That said, the space this thing has is not gonna be a problem for me, as it can handle everything I need it to do, including a decent sized 'bag lunch' from home. So far, I say buy with confidence...and extra padding. UPDATE (21 April 2018): The stitching is still doing fine, but the zippers tend to get a bit difficult to close sometimes. But it's still hanging in there with me, and I'm happy I didn't pay over twice the price for this when I first saw it. UPDATE (8 Oct 2018): Everything is still a GO with this bag. After applying a little lube on the zipper tracks, the only negative I have almost a year later is the lack of padding underneath. But it's easy to clean, it holds everything I need for recording, and the straps and stitching aren't fraying or falling apart. So I imagine if you don't shotput this bag across the room after a bad day on a regular basis, this is the bag you need. UPDATE (24 April 2021): Yeap, you read that right - 2 1/2 years later and I am STILL rockin' this bad boy like it was Day ONE!! I've even used it as an overnight bag for short trips to visit family and it handles that like a champ, too. I kept mentioning the padding underneath being an issue, but I'm done harping on something that really ISN'T an issue for me at all anymore. Hell, I just bought a Voyage TSA briefcase from Office Max yesterday and registered it...on the strength of how THIS bag has held up for me. Lookit...I'm just one dood on here, but do yourself a favor and JUST GET THIS BAG ALREADY!!!

Good backpack fits my 17.3 laptop perfectly which dimensions are 417mm x 287mm x 29.98mm it has a lot of padding around the laptop compartment which provides good protection.The bag its self looks nice and has lots of extra space.

Quede sorprendido con esta mochila, los materiales se ven y se sienten de excelentísima calidad, cabe sin problemas mi laptop MSI Apache Pro de 17.3" y aún queda espacio para mis libretas y periféricos. Me llegó a los 2 días de pedirla, estoy satisfecho al 100%.

Not only does it fit my Asus 17" laptop, it also fits my Gigabyte 17" laptop. Actually, I can fit them BOTH in there at the same time. I like the side pockets, they are large and zippered and actually fit the enormous power packs that come with bigger laptops. The zippers feel well made as well.
