Just like the reviews say and they must have updated because the thumb hole is just where it should be. I wear ladies all the time and my husband realized he didn't want to get pre-cancer turn into cancer on his arms. So glad he listed. TRUE TO SIZE washed well and quickly dries on a hanger. (can place in dryer, but I think it protects the fabric)

Fabric seems thick and not breathable. Item arrived with a run along the seam... I opened it late as I was on vacation with return window now closed... I will return it anyway...I wear XL in all brands but this measures narrow.
