Tria Beauty Hair Removal Laser 4X for Women and Men - At Home Device for Permanent Results on Face and Body - FDA cleared - Fuschia : desertcart.in: Health & Personal Care Review: Perfect choice - Excellent machine Review: I've had this for just over a week and I almost can't believe that it's actually working already. Seriously. A little backstory: I had laser hair removal about 8 years ago on my underarms and lower legs. It was expensive and took a few months but was definitely worth it... for about a year. All my hair slowly started to grow back. Depending on the person, hormones, other factors, there may not be any real permanent hair removal solution for some of us at this time. So my hair grew back and I've been shaving ever since but, I started to become very sensitive to that a few years ago. Razor burn and itching were driving me crazy, waxing just led to massive ingrown hairs, it's been really awful. I looked into getting professional laser treatments again but they're still really expensive. About $1000 for just underarms. I checked out the Tria and figured, at half the price, it was worth a shot. Some caveats: I think part of the reason it's turned my underarm hair into fuzz in just one week might be because I've had laser treatments before. That's really the only explanation I can think of. I'm literally so happy right now just because my arm pits aren't irritating me... It's the little things, ya know. I cranked it up to the highest level, 5, the first time and, yes, it hurts a bit. This kind of pain doesn't bother me. Long unending pain makes me cry like a baby but short bursts of pain don't bother me at all. If you have the opposite experience with pain, you may not like this. Or I would at least recommend using it on the very low settings. Oh, it also heats up very fast on the high setting and drains the battery very quickly. If you're trying to do you're entire legs, you're probably going to have to do them in sections. That's another thing. I just started on my lower legs and it takes a lot of patience. It's hard to tell which area you've gone over already and it takes hundreds of pulses. It's a commitment. All that said, this gadget does remove hair and at a fraction of the cost of professional treatments. There's also the added benefit of being able to remove random body hairs yourself whenever you like. You will also be able to use it again in 6 months or a year if you hair does start to grow back. However, make sure you have the right skin tone and hair color or it's just not going to work. That's all from me. If you really can't stand the hair and you've got the means to buy this, do it. It's pretty awesome.

First, I am using this to do a self full Brazilian. Local laser hair removal clinics wanted $250 a session for men, compared to $85 a session for women. They all said about 10 session are needed, so I was looking to spend at least $2,500 on hair removal down "there." I figured a $400 investment for a self-Brazilian was worth the risk. Second, the manufacture and FDA clearly warn that this is NOT for Brazilians and should not be used on genitals or anuses. So if you do use it there, do so at your own risk and against their warnings/recommendations. Also, at least test the skin color in those areas using the tool's skin test window as most people are darker down there, and it could result in serious skin burns on dark skin. I'm milk-white, so I wasn't worried. Third, it only works on dark hair. I have dark brown hair, white skin, so this worked perfectly for me. However, I do have some grey hair down there, so this won't work on those. If you have blond hair, this won't work! Fourth, It is a sensitive area and dense hair so I am only able to use it on number 4 setting. It feels like a rubber band snapping against my skin. This is not pain free, but neither is going to hair removal clinic. (I went to one session there, and this device feels the same.) Fifth, you have to do this right after you shave. The heat of the laser goes down the hair to the follicle. If you have long hair, this just doesn't work. Also, if you wax first, then you are shooting blanks (and there is a limited number of laser zaps in this thing). If there is no hair for the heat to travel down to burn/kill the follicle, then you are wasting your time. Do not wax! Sixth, your hair is in different stages of growth all the time. You continually lose hair and grow hair. You don't lose all your hair at once and regrow new hair. With that said, this ONLY kills the hair follicle if it is in the GROWTH stage. So you have to do multiple treatments because you will only be killing a small percentage of your hair follicles on each treatment. Expect about 10 treatments to get everything. In 3 treatments with this (four including the 1st one I did at the hair clinic), I have 60% less hair growth. I love it. It is saving me a ton of money. Only con is it treats a very small surface area. I have to pay attention and move across all the skin area in a grid pattern, moving about 1/4" at a time between zaps. It takes about 20 minutes for me to do my the entire Brazilian area, front and back.

I have been toying with purchasing this for the last few years and finally decided to go for it. Reviews I read varied but I was ready to try. I have been using all over my face (yes, you have to shave!), armpits and random areas like toes/feet. My natural body hair colour is dark brown/medium. I tan but naturally (and now in the Fall) am a light/medium skin tone. I have been using this on level 5 (highest level) since the start but yes, depending where it hurts! The rubber band comparison you read about is pretty accurate but some areas are tough! Your hair does literally shed after some use. I would pluck and tweeze almost daily. I have been using for about a month and a half and use the TRIA once a week. I have noticed significant reduction in hair growth and also in length of time I would need to shave or normally pluck in between. If I had to name some CONS, the pain and battery life. Like I mentioned, some areas are no problem but some others are quite painful. You get used to it but it also improves as your hairs weaken/over time (still worth it!!!). I would agree with others that you get about 30 minutes or so of use. Battery takes a couple of hours or so to fully charge. It would be nice if the head of the product was larger also but again I still love it! I wouldn’t recommend for larger areas like your legs. If you were like me, give it a try. Worth the money for me with the time and confidence this gives me :)

bought this with high expectations but the device I received had an issue and didnt allow me to turn it on and activate it properly to be used as per the intrustions. Main issue was when i remove the power cable, the device refuse to work and screen doesnt turn on. Contacted Tria Beauty support to assist in knowing the issue but it wasnt helpful at all. I wasted time in trying to fix this device so im sending it back for refund.
