I purchased 2 of these at once. So far, just set one up to use voice to text with chatGPT on a Ubuntu computer that acts as a server (not headless obv.) Very clear communication. Spoken prompts are spot on. The second one is for my Macaw's computer. Yeah, I know, my bird has a computer, shut up! It is mainly to stream movies for her in the day. Sometimes I travel while on work, so I decided to drop a web cam and a mike on her computer so I can pop in and talk to here while away. Know computers for 30 years has its advantages! Looking forward to setting this up before December when I hit the road again!

Used the mic 3 hrs a day, 3 days a week, for 5 weeks. The PC sees the mic but it doesn't work, no input. Broke a week after the last day I could return it to get money back or replacement.

I got this to voice chat with my brother in online games. I was hesitant about the mic quality since the price is so low, but I've used it regularly for a month now and it's been awesome. Super easy to install (I plugged it into the USB port and it worked right away), and my brother says the sound is clear and free of background noise, with or without the included mic cover. My voice is notoriously soft, so I was surprised by the clarity; I didn't even put the sensitivity up high, and he can hear me at my normal speaking volume. I can keep the mic set back on the desktop too, unlike others where I've needed it right by my mouth to be heard. The compact size makes it easy to push out of the way when it's not in use, which I appreciate. Its footprint is fairly small, but it stands steadily and has good weight. The whole stem is a bendable gooseneck, so I can tip the head any way I need to. It also has sound receivers on all sides of the head, not just the top, so I don't have to be facing right at it--helpful when I'm moving around or not paying attention to the mic location in the middle of gaming. In short, I'm very pleased and, as long as it lasts me a year or more, I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Easy to use. However if using mute button Teams does not turn off the green light in the Mic. Unsure if other party is listening or if is mute. Overall is good value for the price.
