I’ve really liked this probiotic overall — it’s gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion and overall hormone balance. I noticed my period came with way less PMS symptoms since starting this product. The only downside is the strong orange smell when I open the bottle. At first it didn’t bother me, but over time it’s gotten a little overwhelming and honestly makes me not want to take it some days. Still a good product, just wish the scent wasn’t so strong.

I'm 62 years old and went through menopause almost 20 years ago. I'm not seeing many positive differences while taking this product. I'm two bottles in. My skin has seemingly gotten worse. I have much more breakouts now than I did when I started taking it. Weight hasn't changed. Hair hasn't changed. My good girl seems more regularly balanced, I like the orange smell, it's very pleasant. But that's about the only area I can give this product props for. I'm going to start looking for something else I think.

I think I hit perimenopause because I suddenly went from having normal five-day periods, to the longest period from hell. My main motivation to buy is product is that it's made of probiotics, which is perfect for me because I didn't want to take a supplement like Dim etc. I took this in conjunction with a TCM supplement called GyneAssure and a tea called Hiherbs Fibroid Tea but ran out of the oills and was inconsistent with the tea, based on this I think these probiotics are the ones that helped my body recover and helped me regulate my hormones. I recommend this.
