Great hearing aid
The hearing aid fits perfectly in my ear the adjusting the volume needs some getting use to but all is well with it

These take time and patience but ...
These hearing aids are made well with good documentation except for the details on the different programs - one is just for normal conversation or when you are watching TV, and the other program is meant to help drown out background noise when you are in a noisy room. We prefer the program that is for one on one conversations. Tested this hearing aid on an elderly neighbor who has general hearing loss and turns the TV on really loud - if he is with other people, they get annoyed with him because the TV is too loud. This hearing aid helped him to reduce the TV sound level because it amplified the sound. He could hear us asking him questions and he found it easy to set the level of amplification he wanted (his preferred level is 4 out of 6). These are not going to be as good as the hearing aids that are thousands of dollars and custom fitted , but we have tried quite a number of these lower priced hearing aids and these have been the best in terms of charging ease and they are relatively easy to use. It just takes time to get used to the amplified sound - it took my neighbor about a week and now he loves them because he can hear people on the phone and doesn't have to blast the TV. The trouble shooting guide helps but there was a bit of "feedback" in the hearing aid when we first inserted them, even though there was no ear wax, ears were clean, and the sizing was correct. There is a number provided and we have not tried to call for assistance. You have to be careful not to press the large white surface when the inserting the hearing aids. Instead, you pull on your ear lobe to help get the hearing aids seated better .... and only touch around the hearing aid - not the large white surface. The large white surface is what changes the program (hold for 3 seconds) or the volume (tap the white surface). I helped my neighbor get these hearing aids seated well the first few times. You can also hear your own voice through these hearing aids, so they tend to help the user lower their own voice when speaking. We found that to be a nice benefit of these hearing aids. There is a well outlined return policy in case these do not work, and we found that reading all the instructions really helped to understand the device and charging light indicators. The Nano Hearing Aids set comes with a charging cable but you will need the USB charging block, a USB battery pack, or a USB power port to charge these. The charge is supposed last up to 38 hours on about a 3 hour charge and we found that to be pretty accurate. For the price, these Nano hearing aids are a fairly good way to get hearing amplification and the work better than others were have tried. These also look like phone ear plugs so they do not look like hearing aids. Hope the photos and this review help you decide of these might be the right hearing aids for you. Here's to your healthy hearing!

Would recommend a different hearing aid
Got this for a family member who is suffering from mild hearing loss. While the hearing aids were comfortable and could be worn for long periods of time, the actual function of helping amplify sounds and working as a hearing aid seemed to be average at best while producing a lot of harsher, high pitched sounds. The touch buttons did not work well and there was a very big learning curve in trying to get these buds to work in the first place. While the charging case was a nice touch, I would overall recommend a different hearing aid for anyone looking for one

Great stylish buds!
The packaging and presentation is second to none. The buds are stylish and don't protrude out of the ear like others I've looked at. The sound quality is great and battery life is longer than expected. Really nice product and would recommend.

Bad experience
Not a good experience. Product didn’t work the second day I received them. Call the number for Nano’s help which is in the user guide, and that doesn’t work either. Returned to Amazon and bought another brand.

Fussy and prone to fedback squeals
My husband has mild hearing loss, though it is "selective" in that he is actually hyper sensitive in some parts of the hearing range and deficient in others. He was hoping that these OTC hearing aids might be able to help boost the parts that are dropping out. Well, he has tried them for a few days, but hasn't used them since. 1: They don't help make the consonants easier to comprehend since it boost EVERYTHING...great for those with overall hearing loss, not so great for his special needs. 2: They squeal LOUDLY when being inserted, and if not in perfectly, they will continue to squeal to some extent whenever someone talks...loudly enough for others to hear...so it cannot feel good to have that in the ear. I would suggest looking elsewhere for an OTC hearing aid if you are not able to afford a doctor-prescribed and fitted set.
