Best Prenatal Yoga Training!
My wife is extremely happy with the DVD. She started practicing this yoga from her 5th month and says that it's the best prenatal yoga training available in the market. The instructions are very nice and easy to follow. She feels quite active and light due to this. Highly recommended. Huge thanks to Lara Dutta.

The prenatal routine has some good yoga postures
The Yoga cd is okay. The prenatal routine has some good yoga postures, and there is a couple of breathing meditations which is fine. Only issue is the content is too less. I feel more yoga poses, breathing techniques should have been included.

Good yoga c for expecting mom's. Have tried only once As I'm in first trimester I feel exhausted n tired right now .I hope to b fine within few months n then I will start doing it regularly.thanx lara

Useful, but a bit boring really
Useful, but a bit boring really. Got it for my wife when she was pregnant, I can't say she used it more than a few times.

CD does not work properly
CD doesnt work properly,have tried in playing in different computers and laptops but it gets stuck in III rd vedio, also could not be copied to any of the devices.

Love the narration by Lara. Perfect blend of exercises for stretching, pelvic strengthening and relaxation for expecting moms. Highly recommend this enjoyable routine

I did this every day in my first pregnancy. It's not too difficult and very positive, especially when you're feeling hormonal and bloated.

Informative and just right!
I came across this yoga dvd after someone on a mommy forum had posted a link to an excerpt of it online. I did the online routine for a week and I loved it so much that I decided to purchase the DVD itself. I wanted to be able to watch it anytime. I had tried a prenatal yoga dvd by Jennifer Wolfe and it was too intense, repetitive, and fast-moving for my pregnant body. Lara Dutta's routine has managed to be just the right balance of movement and rest, stretching and relaxation. There are a variety of poses and you really feel grounded and relaxed after the session. Plus, the whole routine is just a half-hour long--perfect for fitting into my day. The tone of the DVD is encouraging and informative, letting you know just why a certain move is beneficial during pregnancy. I can't wait to start the meditations. All in all, I highly recommend this DVD. Enjoy!!

Will Not play in DVD Player
I was excited out this DVD but it would not play in my DVD player. I'm returning it for a refund. However, I have found her routine online and it is very relaxing and great for a beginner.

Great yoga routine
Great yoga routine. It leaves me relaxed and ready for a great day! I truly feel less stressed since started doing this. I wish she had more.

My blu ray/DVD player doesn't recognize the disc and says it's out of area whatever that means😠 waste of money
