First received the product and it had a hole in the box and a rod missing, don’t think it was anything to do with the seller and more of a mail issue so no biggie. The replacement one came and I installed it and everything looks great! Very sturdy and perfect length for my large windows!

Poor Design
The location of the holes for the screws is too high on the bracket. It is very difficult to get a screwdriver or driver in there to attach it to the wall. Overall poor design. No consideration for installation. It is a nice looking piece though

Finials are not wood.
Finials are not wood. One hit the floor and broke. The extension rods have no resistance to hold them in place. Other than that, they look nice. My husband said that if you can fix those two issues, he would be happy because they look fine.
