OXFORD THESAURUS OF ENGLISH 3E: HB

Wonderful book. Anyone who likes English language should keep a copy of this book. Very exhaustive collection of synonyms--you will not find such collection in any other thesaurus. The paper is thick and printing quality is excellent. I just wish the font size could have been bigger, but I guess, the use of small fonts in dictionaries has become a tradition. Definitely buy this book if you are interested. Any price is not high enough for it. It will really boost your vocabulary. I have already fallen in love with this book. Thank you Oxford.

Its an extremely helpful book for students and avid readers.however the size is huge due to vast content so it cannot be carried around easily.i am happy with my purchase though.

It is an excellent book. I use it for my reference at home.

Recommend for every English literature lover. Thesaurus of words for different senses are given with examples. The only thing is that the book is a bit bulky and heavy in size and to some extent cumbersome to handle as well as the font size is very small. Rest of parts are ok.

I don't like the book,but i just love it. Cost of the book is too expensive.

I reckon it's an excellent thesaurus of English. It has so many synonyms and it's very helpful if you need to write in English. The paper it is printed on is very good, it's an A4 paper-print format and is heavy so that you wanna prefer using it at home. On the whole an excellent thesaurus dictionary.

De los de toda la vida, es un diccionario grande de tapa dura muy completo, ideal como referencia y sinónimos para los estudiantes de inglés. De los que te duran para toda la vida. No está hecho para llevar al cole en la mochila en absoluto. Es para tener en casa para consultar.

Ich habe eine recht umfangreiche Sammlung and Nachschlagewerken, da sich unser Vokabular ständig verändert und man leider zunehmend nicht auf das Internet zählen kann. Dieses ist übersichtlich und gut lesbar, nur sehr voluminös und schwer. Auch würde ich mir wünschen, daß die graphische Gestalung des Umschlages etwas dezenter gehalten wäre, doch das ist Geschmacksache, ich weiß.
