The exercise bike is extremely easy to put together and comes with a slip mat the exercise bike is a good quality product and has a low noise level having only been using the bike for a few days but extremely pleased with my purchase . The size of the bike mean that it is easy to find somewhere to store the bike when not in use the remote control user AAA batteries while the bike it's self plugs into an electric socket

I think it is very good for people who would not be able to pedal on their own. Also it works if you use your hands with it as well. You can place it on a table and put your hands where you would put your feet. It helps keep your range of motion, circulation and strengthens muscles as well.
