The unflvoured one tastes awful. But I dont like dark chocolate or vanila either. So, i go with Unflavoured. I noticed a great great difference in my nails,hair. I take one scoop in the morning and one scoop at night. I only take it as im nearing my 40s and someone said its good to include it in our daily schedule and I thought I'ld give it a try. It just dissolves in lukewarm water,I take it like medicine. My hair is growing quickly, hairfall stopped. Nails are growing quickly. I along with many others thought hair needs biotin and I took many biotin supplements but its not an issue with Biotin level but collagen level. Its costly for my budget but my search for something ends here.Its worth it.

Collagen seems to be good. After using it for just 10 days, I feel my skin tone, wrinkles lines over forehead and eye pockets has improved little bit. There is hardly any difference in my bones and joints, but we have to give it some time to show the results.

There are some raving reviews about this product. Reviews that promise extraordinary claims about how magically their hair, skin and nails have improved. I have been taking this product for about a three weeks now. Then as a rule I take a break. More like a hiatus. You need to observe how a certain supplement is supporting you. This is probably the best collagen peptide simply because you won’t even taste or notice it in your food/drink. Zero smell! Nada. Nothing. That’s a major plus because the other brands had too many negative reviews on ‘that horrible stench’. I take it with my ‘bulletproof coffee’. Again...coffee tastes great because of the coconut oil I add and not foul smelling at all. Many weeks later I closely noticed a fallen strand of my hair. Now my hair have always been outstanding quality but my rendezvous with two years of depression and PTSD really changed the hair game for me. I experienced hair fall and thinning and grays. Disappointing...right! So in the recovery phase I jumped my supplement game and I noticed that my hair strand looked thicker! Needless to say I was delighted. My hair quality is improving again. I have to credit this collagen peptide. Some improvement also with the bone crackling sounds. Need to be more regular for more changes to be noticed. All in all with patience and discipline you realize this works. It is not a cheap supplement and it shouldn’t be. I am a vegetarian and hence this is Bovine collagen at its best! Will I order again? Disgusting taste. Looks like drinking a poison 😀. Tensed during first couple of scoops due to behaviour of product while mixing with water and especially taste. Yuk😢
