I don't know how genuine Sriracha sauce tastes like but I prefer the one that comes with Bingo chips but the Real Thai sauce is really good too, spicy and nice flavor, goes great with chips and sandwiches.

Sauce is excellent among its category , can go well with several indian savoury pastries, momos. It's really really hot, and after taste gives a burning sensation and can make you cough. Those who are saying, it's suitable for Indian taste bud, are really brave or come from a family where extra spicy food is cooked. And one more thing, we mostly prefer the combination of hot+salty+sour and not hot+sweet+sour. This is one negative point here.

I haven't tasted the famous " Huy Fong (Rooster) Sriracha Sause ". I liked this one. This is not too different from " Kissan sweet & spicy ", but different enough to notice. This one don't have tomatoes. Good plastic bottle. Chilly Flavor is mild to my Indian tongue. Also garlicy if you could notice. I felt hotness after 3-4 seconds, delayed hotness. It is written, No Artificial flavour, color & preservatives. But it does look very neon red. Could be used with Vegetable puffs, Cutlets, Bhajji, Pakodas etc...

Decent Sriracha. Has a bit of a kick, but also has a sugary taste which isn't found in better srirachas IMO. I would try another sauce next time.

Love the strong flavour

It sauce has very beautiful oriental flavour. Don't expect much spicyness from this. It is not your average tomato chilli sauce. It has distinct flavour of garlic. It's worth a try.

Den ersten Absatz musste ich nach einem Jahr editieren, nachdem ich festgestellt hatte, dass die von dem thailändischen Produzenten hergestellte Sriracha hier unter verschiedenen Marken angeboten wird, welche ich leicht unterschiedlich bewertet hatte. Künstlerpech, bin aber ehrlich. 😎 Da habe ich diese von Real Thai ausprobiert. Die schmeckt mir sehr gut, auch wenn sie nicht ganz an die Sriracha Sauce von Lingham's ran kommt, welche aber leider bei Amazon nicht mehr erhältlich ist. Wer bei Sriracha Saucen Rekordschärfe haben will, der hat nicht viel Auswahl. Real Thai ist auch nicht übermäßig scharf für diejenigen, die Schärfe gewöhnt sind. Die orginal thailändische Sriracha Sauce ist noch weniger scharf, die gibt es auch bei Amazon, das ist die Sriracha Panich. Leider durch VSK nicht ganz so preiswert. Die Real Thai Sriracha Extra Hot Chili Sauce kann ich empfehlen, man schmeckt - mir wichtig - auch den Knoblauch. Wer keine Schärfe gewöhnt ist: Die gibt es auch in einer weniger scharfen Version.

Ist sehr lecker und passt gut zu Rührei, Nudeln, Reis usw. Könnte etwas schärfer sein.

Das Gewürz ist eine feine Misvhung und sollte behutsam verwendet werden, damit die Schärfe noch Genuss bringt und nicht Schmerzen im Mund verursacht.

Dies Soße schmeckt sehr gut und ist auch nicht so scharf das man das Essen nicht mehr genießen kann. Der Nachgeschmack ist sehr gut aber am Anfang gefällt mir nicht die Essignote auf der Zunge und es riecht auch stark nach Essig. Die soße haut ziehmlich schnell mit der Schärfe rein und geht mehr auf die Zunge als auf die Kehle. Bin kein erfahrener Chilliesser. Für mich ist der Schärfegrad bei 6 von 10. Von mir nur 4 Sterne wegen dem Essiggeschmack am Anfang ansonsten ist die Soße top.

Hot and spicy. Very tasty. For me, it's a perfect hot Sriracha. I like other hotter sauces as well but this one has a different yum taste. The sauce is bit expensive for me since I can easily finish one bottle in a week
