Basic rubber woman's disci
I bought two of these to help introduce my daughter into throwing. They're basic rubber throwing disks with a good gripping ridge. I've not thrown them yet, but they feel evenly weighted and should be pretty good for practicing. No, I did not weigh them to see if they're regulation. No, I do not care if there are any scuff marks. They're likely from China and made of recycled rubber and highly toxic, but what isn't these days. Don't be afraid to invest the couple of bucks into one of these to add to your practice bag. I think it's worth the money.

Check with coach about rim weight for thrower
My son throws shotput in high school. I purchased this one so he could practice at home. While I purchased the correct overall weight, apparently there is also a rim weight. His coach recommended a different rim weight for him so check with your coach before buying one. Otherwise, it was a great value for the money. It is durable and functional for what he needed.

This product is no doubt the best discus in a budget. If you don't wanna be spending like fifty bucks just buy this one. Myself as a middle school track athlete, this discus is one of the best discus you can find under 20 or 30 dollars. If you wanna practice buy this I reccomend 100%
