Lee Kum Kee is a Premium Dark Soy Sauce with a strong flavour, dark colour and thick consistency. Excellent for all Asian cooking. You won't need to use much as it is thick and potent.

Its salty. Will turn your dish a darker colour. (Use Light soya sauce if u dont want this to happen). Very Versatile and is a staple in many asian dishes. Been using it for decades.
