I purchased this several months ago and haven't used it. I took it out of the box before a trip top Mexico, and charged it. It did not take the charge, so I did it again. It still didn't charge, even though I let it charge for 2 hours. It was expensive, and now I cannot use it. I am annoyed, and very frustrated. I expected Amazon would vet the products they sell. This one is sub-par.

I’m torn on how many stars to give. The product delivers 5 stars as to how it styles my hair. Best product ever! But after 3 weeks it wouldn’t hold a charge So here we are at the start of a 2 week vacation with no hair device. So zero stars???? I Read the comments and faqs and it mentioned to change the data cable if not holding a charge We needed to use both a new cable and a more powerful iPad cube. If I didn’t love the product so much I wouldn’t put in all the extra work. But the product is worth it for my hair. Best ever smoothing and nice flip at the end. It’s cordless and so easy to use and so easy to pack and takes little room. Great little device if they got the charging right

This item travels well and packs easy, and a few times I've used it is done a great job styling, BUTI'm having a hard time keeping it charged.

Now I’ve only used it once so far during a 2 hour car ride but this thing really works and it definitely curls! It’s my new favorite hair tool and it could even replace my current normal corded hot curl brush! I have waist long thick hair with a 3c curl that is super frizzy. I washed and blow dried my hair all the way dry but there was still a bit of frizz. Then about an hour and a half into the car ride I pulled this thing out so the curls would be fresh when we arrived to our destination. It was super hot and it only took about 15 - 20 minutes to do my whole head of hair. It left me with completely smooth and shiny curls that far exceeded my expectations. It feels well made with a bit of weight so I’m hoping this lasts a while. The charging cord is a USB C plug so you can charge it in your car if needed. Highly recommend!
