This heated blanket is soft and warm. I love deep pockets, and the hood is a great bonus. It heats up fast and has multiple settings, so good for lounging, chilly mornings.

I received this product on time and although the color is a bit too "yellowish" for me, it works well. However, one snap in the front is missing the piece that allows it to snap and the second snap is missing altogether. This is an issue because being able to snap it on while at work, was the primary reason for buying it. I need to keep warm without it falling off as I type and move around my desk. The size is perfect and overall, the value for the money is great. It is lightweight and doesn't make me feel weighed down while using it. I a absolutely hate returning things but since the snap is missing, I guess I'll have to. Hopefully, I won't run into issues when I email customer service. I will update my review once I receive a response from customer service. UGH The 1st picture shows tbe snap that is missing altogether. The 2nd picture shows the one that doesn't have the piece tbat allows me to snap it and the last picture shows the snap that is in tact and operational. The snaps on the sleeves work as expected.

Do not buy this!! I ordered three- one of them had a control panel that blinks out and another one gave my daughter an electric shock while she was using it! This is a dangerous item.
