Lousy...
Faulty bended cue delivered...replacement request was auto converted to return/refund after faulty and lousy delivery where the delivery boy turned up at the door with something else...though it was an experience after smooth couple of years, but an indication that things have deteriorated in terms of process and product quality...feels bad
