Really good product!
Really good product! The Resonate RouterUPS Gen2 works perfectly during power cuts and keeps my WiFi running for around 4 hours. Easy to install, compact, and reliable. Battery backup and build quality are excellent. Totally worth it for anyone who faces frequent power cuts.

This review is against Amazon, NOT Resonate.
This review is against Amazon, NOT Resonate. I give 5★ to Resonate for the product itself. But this product is NOT COMPATIBLE with Jio Air Fiber or any Air Fiber router, even though it clearly matches the same power specification (12V, 3A) used by Air Fiber devices. When the main power fails: 1. The device keeps restarting 2. Only the RED LED blinks 3. The GREEN LED never turns on 3. The router becomes completely unusable Now to the real problem: Amazon’s terrible customer service. Amazon return is not even initiated yet My refund is unnecessarily delayed I am being forced to ship the product back myself. There is zero accountability from Amazon support For a Prime membership customer, this treatment is unacceptable. Amazon is quick to take money but painfully slow to resolve genuine issues. Worst customer service experience from Amazon.

Just Go for it. Very good product.
Purchased on 17th May. Its been 3 months since I'm using this product. Installed it with my router which has power rating of 12V 1A and its working fine. Brand claims backup upto 6 hours & im getting more than that might be because my router has less power consumption than it's delivery capacity. Also got an extended warranty by registering the product. Its simple, easy to install, very good powerbackup, dedicated on/off switch, charging also takes time as same as discharge time although it will be depending on power consumption of your router and it also comes with 3 different connectors. And build quality is also good.

Go for it, perfect for work from home setup.
I bought one 4 years ago and then I bought one more 2 years ago for my two routers. Best thing for work from home setup. Zero lag, great battery, easy to install

Good product with poor battery life
I bought this product in oct 2024 and it worked perfectly fine until today 25 Dec 2025 when backup became zero sec. Earlier it used to provide backup of around 25 mins and suddenly it dropped to zero. I wish it had better battery life.

Very bad product plus it came without its cables not as shown on the website.

It's quit useful for home, office as I bought this for my home in nepal cause of electricity is not stable 🙃, but since I am using this, very nice.
