The item is made mostly of STURDY PLASTIC, it Looks very Durable. FURNITURE pieces r V.Satisfying indeed! But i was totally disappointed there was NO CAR(or dolls, thats ok), Images misleading. Works awesome just like it used to when i was a kid. No need of assembly required and it looks cute as well. Both my nephews played all along with it. Although the plastic quality is really bad, it is still not broken yet so I would say it is durable. I reduced 1 star for the quality and nothing else.
