The taste is awful, but it is iron so that’s to be expected. They are small, which is nice, and they did not upset my stomach

My doctor recommended this brand because it is vegetarian. He said that lots of people have more side effects of regular iron supplements because they are animal proteins instead of plant protein, so it is hard for the body to absorb. With the vegetarian option, your body absorbs them better, less constipation, and I didn’t experience any nausea. Would definitely recommend.

It's very good, I feel more energy after I started taking it

They are the right amount of iron for me, BUT they are SO HARD to get out of their protective packaging that I have to swear at them every day while trying to "open" a packet. I probably wouldn't need these if I was able to grow finger nails pointed and strong enough to get them out of their little package I cant. Maybe it's an iron deficiency...

Works great! And my blood tests prove it! I like this one much better than the liquid because it doesn’t expire as quickly. Just a little hard to get out of the package with fingernails so you may need to poke it with a sharp object to get the tablets out..

Empecé a tomar Floradix porque me sentía muy cansada y con poca energía, y la verdad ha sido una excelente decisión. Es un hierro que se absorbe muy bien y, a diferencia de otros suplementos, no me ha causado malestar estomacal. El sabor es agradable y fácil de tomar. Después de unas semanas noté un cambio claro: más energía, menos fatiga y mejor ánimo durante el día. Me gusta mucho que sea una opción más natural y que además tenga vitaminas que apoyan el cuerpo en general. Lo recomiendo totalmente para quienes necesitan subir el hierro o recuperar energía de forma suave y efectiva.
