Frist of all, thanks to Amazon on committed timey delivery. Not only for this time, I am a regular customer and I have not faced any problem regarding delivery from Amazon. Excellent product. Look, feel & quality is very good. I will suggest anyone to buy this product without any hesitation. To my knowledge in Indian brand Jaguar, Hindware, Perryware & recently Cera also playing in sanitary segment including their very good ceramic products. From all these four what I found in quality wise & price wise Hindware is best to select.

It is easy to operate and smooth. Only the angle for a sink is slightly out of line for a normal sink ., The adjustment in angle if done it is an excellent product . It is useful and value for money .

Perfect, but the knob when turned to put it on and off seems a bit loose and makes a sound, I guess its supposed to be that way, on the whole its working and am happy with the product. Mike Today the knob fell off and the plumber found the screw from the knob to the spindle was not tightened, that's why it was shaky initially and after use it fell off, its tightened and working OK, I am surprised that a reputed company like hindware don't have a quality check??! Its been just 10 days but it seems this will last for sometime to come.

The taps screw to dismantle the snout from the stem was faulty and plumber could not open it. The key given to unscrew kept on slipping. Hence could not be fixed in water pipeline. I had to return the item.

After two and a half years' use I find it highly unsatisfactory. I have had the authorised service personnel come twice and fix the lever. Now it is again undone. At least they could have given an Allen key with the item to tighten the inbuilt screw of the lever that that comes constantly undone. A constant pain in the neck that comes at a rather low price. After about six years' use I am accustomed to the ever loosening lever that comes off the main unit but it is horribly dripping. I tried tightening the spindle but it doesn't help. A constant pain in the neck but I see the price more than doubled during this span. More info after 7 years. Some eight or nine months ago a technician visited and replaced the spindle unit and I came to know that I have been using a faucet which came with a manufacturing defect. After the replacement, the lever didn't loosen. I thought I had a decent tap after all these years. Then came the next problem, more serious one. The spout began to leak with many pinholes on it. Technician told me over phone that leaking spout is not covered by warranty. After exchange of several email messages over a month and then they dropped communication altogether. Then they sent a technician who examines the item and takes pics and videos of tap to be sent to their headquarters. For repeated queries they reply they are awaiting reply from headquarters. After a month I emailed them again and tell them I haven't heard them and they tell me they have approved replacement and attach a document which has to be produced at the authorised dealer's with the tap. The dealer is about 60 k.m from the district centre where I live. I tell them that it's impracticable but they say they can't do anything about it since it's their company's policy. So, from outright denial of service on the technician's part to various stratagem's employed by the company, you are at a loss about the service you deserve upon the warranty originally promised. I wouldn't go for a Hindware product any longer nor would I recommend to anybody.
