I think this is the best delivery system for curcuminoids. Frying up a joint of fresh turmeric in butter is great, especially with garlic and onions and served with whole grains. But that's messy for everyday- your fingers turn yellow and people may get the idea that you're a chain smoker. Freshly made turmeric kombucha is also good, but hard to find. So to ease joint pain and increase flexibility in my sporadically active life, this is my goto turmeric. Synergizes well with CBD.

My natural path suggested I use this brand of curcumin for joint pain due to Lyme disease. This is a good one for me because I've had gastric bypass surgery and need all supplements to be as bio-available as possible because of malabsorption issues. It has helped some with the pain.

We've all heard of the health benefits of turmeric. My doctors tell me the beneficial compounds in this product are more readily absorbed than those in other supplements. I have been taking it for many months with no adverse effects.

I was eager to try this supplement to help with some health issues. Unfortunately, it arrived with no external tamper-proof seal, the seal under the cap had been partially opened, and some of the cotton was coming out. I went to place an exchange order and was notified that returns and exchanges are not accepted. A total waste at a sizeable cost as the label itself says not to consume if the product appears to have been tampered with.

Look maybe it’s just me, but I do not think this molecule is meant for humans. Just go get some turmeric root or gummies and stop giving these people your money. I’m the type of person to believe science and innovation but I’m not sure the long term research is there. I give it two stars just in case they were really trying to help.
