Well made suitcase
It is a decent size suitcase with two outside front pockets. Inside has two zipper compartments and even more storage inserts. Has the extended height for more room, but it is a deep suitcase! Well made. We have the smaller one we bought a while back and it is still in great shape.

It's a quality product. Not sure about cost/value
Quality made product. Blue color is nice. But at $525. I don't see how it better than the $139 carry-on on I purchased at Target 8 years ago. That one had a superate zipped pocket in back by the frame for my laptop. So convenient for TSA and easy to access my laptop when waiting for a flight. This expensive model has a laptop sleeve but that stores in main zippered section. The weight crushes and wrinkles the clothes. I could place at the bottom. But then no easy access. The wheels on this bag are amazing. Rubberized and smooth. First trip at the end of the month. Will update post trip.

Beautiful Quality, Perfectly Crafted
I use a carry-on bag for the majority of my travel and needed to replace an old bag that I'd had for at least 15 years. I was looking for something sturdy, high-quality, functional and beautiful that would hopefully last for a long time. This bag was exactly what I was looking for. Not the most expensive bag you can buy, but definitely in the top tier in terms of craftsmanship and features. My personal preference is for soft-side luggage over hard-side, so I was specifically looking for a durable soft-side bag. The exterior material feels exceptionally strong, but also lightweight. As a petite person, being able to hoist the bag over my head is important, so size matters. The smooth movement of the handles is a delight, as are the zippers which are strong and silky. The handle feels sturdy, the wheels travel easily. Make no mistake, this bag is smaller than some of the other carry-ons that are out there, it does fit within the airline requirements instead of winking at them and adding inches the way other bag manufacturers do. I actually wanted a properly sized bag so this was perfect for me. With the packing cube system I had no problem fitting everything I needed in this bag, and it was well-organized and so easy to use. I also bought the matching Victorinox Werks Traveler 6.0 Weekender to use as my personal item and was pleased with how well it worked with this suitcase as a functional travel duo. I'm happy with my choice and expect to have this bag by my side for many years.

Great quality, large and light bag just within airline size limits (for 2019)
This is my 5th victorinox bag (different sizes) I travel a lot internationally and need bags that don’t rip or break open under the trials of airport handling. I have had one older model victorinox bag come through with a missing wheel. The company promptly sent me the wheel and instructions (easy) to replace it. No problems since. The only caution would be to weigh this bag as it is large and it would be easy to go overweight. Features for packing are well thought out to separate clothing. No damage at the end of 4 long haul flights so far. Wonder if the integrated lock will last, but so far so good.

Bag Sucks
I’ve owned this for less than a year and the handle fell apart. Don’t buy....all show no go.

Nice little bag
This is my third Victorinox suitcase. Over the years, I have purchased the large 27 inch , medium 25 inch and now the carryon size. Multiple pockets, a packing cube with space for a laptop. Also a suiter which I don’t need. I really love the large case wide pocket on the top with smaller internal pockets. I am glad I got a returned version for $196. It was in perfect, new condition.

Decent bag, but arrived damaged, and the warrantee might not be honored
Good general design; it's lightweight, rolls fairly easily, though in my opinion no spinner bag does well on anything other than a smooth hard surface. The bag expands admirably to hold lots of stuff. My big problem is that it arrived with a problem with the handle (partly pulled out of the frame). The main reason I went with the extra money for the Victorinox over a non-name-brand bag is that it comes with a 10 year worldwide guarantee, and I live outside of the US. However, when I went to the local Victorinox outlet at first they said they wouldn't cover at all anything bought on Amazon. Then, when I pushed, she phoned someone who said maybe they could cover it, but it's possible there would be a charge for the repair. They took the bag (up to 3 months estimated repair time) and I'm crossing my fingers that there is no additional charge on repairing my new item.
