Someone Else had written a review that it is too small and you can't get it around your head. You can unloop it and put it on that way. It fits just fine very pretty for the price.

There is no clasp, and it's a mystery how one is supposed to wear it, when the opening is too, too small for an adult. I guess it will remain a mystery. Returning.
