Was a bit hard to open at first, but after a few attempts found it to be ok . It works well I use mine to store important data on love it.

Pug and play USB storage, no problems, looks cool

I sent the first one back as it was defective when I got it. The replacement lasted 7 months before half of the drive became unusable and started corrupting the files written to it. It's a shame because this is a fun and convenient way of always having a memory stick on you.
