Good product
I haven't had to use it -yet - but now I'm ready. I've used exercise stools pulling thick books on top the problem was keeping my hands alive my back to pull up. This is sturdy folds out seems not to slide but braced on my wheelchair I can pull the bottom up! Fold weight size to about a square. About 2 feet long ( I didn't measure) has a bag that fits over it to keep it dust free. Has 3 steeps so not to high for use. I'm female 5'6" and in a wheelchair.

LIFE SAVER
Expensive, but much cheaper than an ambulance, possibly breaking down your front door, doctor bills and lengthy tests. I was down for over seven hours after a fall. I wasn't near a phone ( I now wear a Medical Alert System). With each passing hour I got weaker. Sometimes going into and out of shock. I had a lot of time to think of what would work. These ResQup stairs are great and are wide enough to scoot up to a seated position to standing. That's the time to self treat for shock by lying down covering up and drinking electrolytes until a loved one, caregiver or emergency services get there. By the way I'm not Matt. I'm his mom. The only other thing I would suggest is a furniture dolly that is wide enough long enough and would hold the weight of your torso and head. That is not over 3 inches tall that you could roll over onto your back. Then propel yourself by using your feet to another room where your ResQup stairs await you. Don't laugh, the energy you use trying to scoot yourself any other way is prohibitive and exasperating the problem. Thanks to the doctor for inventing this product. If anything else it gives you peace of mind.

Good Idea, failed in practice
We bought this to help my aging father get himself off the floor and back on his bed. However he's not got the muscle power to get up the "flight" of stair steps. So it did not work for us. But the product is well constructed and easy to set up.

Rise up from floor without EMS, coming.
This product is very well built. Very easy for me to use. Unfortunately, the steps are not deep enough for a person of size to use. I am returning it for this reason.

Good for light weight folks
Bought this just in case my dad fell, he did and we finally used this. It worked well enough for him getting to his wheelchair. It's not sturdy enough for heavier folks, so I'd only recommend this for lightweight folks (my dad is only 160 lbs). Not good value for the money BUT when your folks fall down you'll regret not having bought this. Of note, it's sturdier on the side edges so try to put pressure there instead of the soft middle. Also kneeling on this isn't recommended, I can see it breaking if you do. Manual also states to not use as foot stool.

Helpful
My father is an above the knee amputee. Now that he’s older, falling is a common occurrence. Doctors haven’t been able to figure out what causes him to fall. Often, he does not have the strength to stand up on one leg by himself. These steps have helped him countless times to at least be able to get to a chair and transfer himself. I think they’re extremely pricey given the simple design yet worth their weight in gold when needed. Just wish I had come up with this simple idea myself.

Outrageous price
1. Not worth it...only desperation made m buy it. 2. Very unbelievable painful on knees. 3. Should have paid more attention to arm strength: It means a LOT of strength needed. So, so sorry I bought it. Don't buy unless you can try it.,

Should be very helpful
Fortunately, I have not had a fall since purchasing this, but I was impressed with the design and expect it to work well.
