OMG! everything from this company is awesome. This is some of the best camping / freeze-dried food I’ve ever had. I’ve got a bunch of their meals for camping, and honestly I even eat them sometimes just for fun because they taste that good.

The Peak Refuel Mendes Signature 6-pack is awesome. I already really like Peak Refuel, and this pack was a great mix of meals. Everything tastes really good and works great for camping or long days out. A little pricey, but the quality is worth it.

I took these on a backpacking trip to Havasu Falls with my meaty CrossFit buddies, and they totally inhaled them—like they were PR’ing with a fork. But guess who else wanted in? The raccoons! We had a midnight raid where they went crazy trying to steal our packets. Pro tip: stash them in a rat sack unless you want a furry rave at 2 a.m. As for taste, they’re salty enough to feel satisfying after a sweaty hike, and the macros are on point for strenuous treks. Plus, and this is a huge win, they don’t make you gassy—so you’re not turning your tent into a fart chamber (my tentmates appreciated that!). Only downside: the peaches flavor is super sugary, so if you’re not into sweet overload, you might want to skip that one. But overall, these meals are a solid pick... if you can keep the raccoons away

I bought this for backup food. I wanted to try them first before I bought more. They are pricey Peak charges $14 which is supposed to be for 2 people for this individual item I would say it would fill too people woman not a guy lol but it is because it is very thickly made ...I suppose you can thin it out if you like with more water. taste was good and will fill you up.

I believe this was a good one. I believe I put a little to much water in. And even though I did, it tasted good. Yes, I would eat it again. I also thought there was enough for two people to eat or one big meal. Supper easy to make. I heated the water in my microwave and it worked great. Simple. 👍 do I feel the cost is worth it. I would say close to yes. Would I buy it again, yes. If I wanted it for my bug out bag. The longevity of shelf life makes it worth it.
