I have suffered from neck pain for a few years now, and it's been really difficult to find relief from that pain. I have tried heating pads and topical pain relief creams. It isn't very heavy and it's very easy to adjust the strap so that it stays in place where you want to focus the massage and heat. I also really like the fact that it's rechargeable so that you don't have to worry about dragging a cord around with you. I'm able to walk around the house while having this on. The parts that move on the massager line up right on the sides of my neck where I need the most pain relief. The only thing I wish is that the actual arms warmed up instead of just the middle part of the neck massager. Other than that it is pretty spot on for exactly what I needed. It's also great because it's not very bulky and it is easy to pack away and transport if you have to travel like I do. Overall, I think this is a really good purchase. If you're looking for a simple but effective neck massager, it almost feels like someone is using their hands to massage your neck. I use it almost daily now since I've gotten it.
