ACMER S1 Laser Engraver for Beginner Mini Laser Engraving Machine for Wood, Leather, Plastic, Laser Class4 (Gold, 2500mW)

I just wanted to dip my toe into 'laser etching', and this was the perfect choice. Inexpensive but very functional.

This little engraver/cutter is amazing for the price. It renders really nice images on a variety of surfaces and it is very easy to set up and use. I rate its accuracy as very high in its price range and its overall quality is great. It cuts a bit slow, but that should be expected for a laser in this range. Over All, I really love the device. And its size actually fits on a desk without eating up all the space which makes it great for hobbyists.

Super happy with this laser engraver! It is easy to use and I use it pretty much daily for my leather working. Very very happy with my Acmer and has definitely given me the urge to splurge on a much nicer one. Great for a beginner! 10/10 would definitely recommend if you’re looking to get into laser engraving. Only thing I will say is that without a camera on the laser, it is hard to line up what you’re trying to engrave precisely, but overall a it’s functionality is perfect!

Great and easy to use!

This Laser Engraver doesn’t over-promise or under-deliver. I do not have Any previous experience with laser engravers and found it to be usable right out of the box with minimal set up. There is plenty of online support and a plethora of customer experiences to tap into if needed. Some of the type in the instruction booklet is Very small and can be a challenge to decipher. Construction of the engraver is solid and precise. So far, so good. I would recommend this product for those just dipping into laser engraving for small projects, such as myself. I consider the price fair for all it does.

I am new to the laser world but I love this little machine. I found the software easy to use and the setup was easy as well. I would highly recommend this product.

I have no idea if it works. We got it used in “mint” condition. There was no instructions, it didn’t come in the original box, there were no testing material, and there are set screws missing. The box also came broken. After I fix it up I’m going to see how well it works. But so far first impression is NOT GOOD!

Great small Portable laser. Great for engraving small details of a picture. I like the compatibility with LaserGRBL. I use Windows Photo app to make good black and white photos out of a color photo. The laser is really smooth in moving and accurate. I like the good protective shield it has on the laser. The laser comes with the power supply and cables. It comes with a test pad wood and the 2mm gauge. I am really enjoying this laser
