They may work but smell awful

I really liked these foot pads. I used them overnight and noticed that I felt more rested the next morning. They were easy to apply, stayed in place while I slept, and were comfortable to wear. When I removed them in the morning, the pads had changed color, which made it feel like they were actually doing something while I slept. Overall, they were simple to use and fit easily into my nighttime routine. I would definitely purchase them again.

I love these pads. I dont understand exactly how they work, but they WORK!! after one night of wearing, my foot pain is gone and i sleep much deeper whenever i use them. the only downside is that they make a mess so i wear old socks on top.
