High germination rate - - can't wait to see the blooms in 2026!
NO BLOOMS YET... Mine are still young plants but we are doing just great even with the winter start time. I am hoping to have photos of blooms to add eventually. You get 10 seeds per variety. You would be paying way more for a live plant than what you can buy with this pack. You should expect about about a 75% germination rate which is pretty good in my book. IMO, this is a great value and a fun gift for any plant lover. (Self-gifting too!) BASIC INSTRUCTIOINS: --- Place seeds in water (I used a mason jar) --- Place in warm location (sunny window, near a radiant heat source, grow mat) --- Seeds should start to crack around 2-3 days --- By day 4 you should start to see green bits poking out --- By days 5-6 your little guys will be taking off quickly --- By day 7 I was planting my seedlings because they were growing too big for my mason jar --- I buried mine in about 3 inches of aquatic soil then filled rest of the pot with water --- About a week after planting them in the aquatic soil about half the seeds started to grow additional spouts BASIC FYIs: --- 7-14 days to germinate is the average; of the 40 I started, I didn't get any new generation after day 7 --- You seeds will get slimy and gross if you just let them sit. When you don't have much growth you can just rinse them under water every few days when you change out the water. --- Once you get more than a half inch of growth you must be careful. If you break off the green bit you might be done with that seed, not sure a new bit will come back from it.

Not so easy
Much more difficult to grow these seeds. Filter water and heat the water??

Sprouted quickly and were growing fast.
Seeds arrived in great shape. Every one I tried did germinate quickly and they were growing strong. I unfortunately put them in the pond a little too soon and the snails got them before they were able to grow big enough. So as far as how beautiful the flowers are or if they matched the description I personally can't say. I do intend to try again next year and if I am successful I will update this review.

WOW!
They're really growing! Several packages come in the box along with directions. The box directions say they're already 'scarified' but the Amazon page says to cut or scrape them, so I was a little confused at first. I decided I didn't need to 'scarify' them, except for one that wasn't done. I didn't realize each package had a different flower, so I opened one whole bag, put them in water and followef the directions. Within a few days I could see little green sprouts. They all sprouted but one. The 1st photo is after about 5 days. The last photo is after about 8 days. I think they're ready to go into a larger water pot! Once I realized each pouch had a different flower I added 2 different seeds just 3 days ago and they are already beginning to sprout. I will try to add a few more photos as they continue to grow and hopefully bloom.
