Buen producto aunque este laboratorio es nuevo para mi pero noto que contiene la cantidad adecuada de magnesio. Yo suelo tomarlo a las 9 pm y junto a la Ashawanda me ayuda a tener un sueño reparador...según mi Dr hay una deficiencia de magnesio en mas del 80% de la población lo que se traduce en dolores musculares y falta de sueño así que si no estás tomando magnesio ya es hora no se va a arrepentir
