In the winter, not outside as much getting the vitamin D I need. You can get depression from lack of vitamin D. Along with back ache, muscle issues, fatigue... I got this cause I could tell I was feeling "low", too low. It boosted me right back to normal. Great product, taste is fine. This product is high dose and dont need it every day, maybe every other day, or few times a week.

This is a hard to find product in the stores and I truly appreciate being able to get it on amazon. Excellent quality and reviews. Very little taste and easy to swallow. Virtually no smell, and the health benefits appear to be beneficial. Does not have a stickiness to it.

It tastes too orange to me. Arrived on time. I am not sure how effective it is since just started taking it.

I live in Buffalo, NY where we dont get much sunlight so I am definitely not getting enough vitamin D. I prefer the liquid over pills. Im much more consistent in taking my vitamins and the k2 is a nice bonus. Taste is not bad either.
