Product arrived on time. Packaging was very good with no damage. Installation was straightforward and took about 45 minutes (measure twice, cut once). The rubber strip marked 'D' on the instruction manual was too short with not enough material to fill in the ends. Filling in the gaps may reduce noise? I emailed the company for additional rubber strip but have not heard back (looks like they are headquartered in Turkey?). The plastic caps for the ends are not quite flush with the aluminum bar by a few millimeters (cosmetic). MOST IMPORTANT - my biggest concern before purchase was noise. This product is quiet! At highway speeds there is a soft hum, no vibration. Wind noise gets a bit louder when encountering crosswind. After driving for a little over 1,500 miles I am very satisfied. UPDATE: Company was very responsive and sent extra rubber strip. Install is now complete and product is upgraded to 5 stars

roof racks have gone up in price, think I bought my rhino racks for $150 9 years ago, yakimas around that 20 years ago, and now these for about that today. Things I like they seem well built fir a fraction of the cost. Rating is based on the cheap price. What I didnt like, plastic holding the bars to the towers, rhino is metal, I think all the yakima and thules I installed for customers were metal. Time will tell if these are as secure. allen rench needed for taking on and off, all others Ive used have some sorts of wing nuts, they are bulky. Rhino looks better, look more aerodynamic. The part that sits on the car rails doesnt really make great contact, might make me nervous putting two kayaks on it.

These look better than any other roof rails and it does actually work perfectly if you have a sunroof. It has enough height to clear the sunroof with it open as some other brands do not. Highly recommend this item.

Purchased for my 2022 Volvo XC40. Product instructions are not in English but they are all pictures. Had an installation question so I went to the manufacturer website and that wasn't English either. I found a decent assembly video on YouTube. Moon roof still opens all the way and they are very sturdy. I over tightened my bolts a bit the first time I installed them because the washers prevented them from coming off easily when I loosened the bolts up. Overall, recommend.
