Finish Line Drivetrain Kit: Grunge Brush + 2 oz Dry Lube + 4 oz EcoTech Degreaser

This is a great starter set. The grunge brush alone typically costs $10 itself and you get a a bottle of degreaser and lube. Depending on how dirty your chain is, you can dilute the solution of degreaser with some water to get a little more mileage. I did about 1:4 degreaser to water ratio and the chain got pretty clean. I basically went through the chain twice. The first time was to get the degreaser going and the second time to really use the brush to get into the nooks and crannies. I then wiped it down with some towels and moved onto the lube. I was able to liberally apply a drop to each side of the chain and I made sure to get in the sprockets as well. I'm not sure how long it will last, but I'm not too worried about it. It's a dry kinda lube so I don't have to worry about fling off. I believe finish line brands Dupont products which is some of the best lube for chains, but I'm not sure if these samples are Dupont. The packaging doubles as a nice little storage container for your brush once your done with it. I would gladly recommend this to anyone.

The brush works well to clean the chain and gears. I used it today to degrease and clean my e-bike chain. The included degreaser works well and has a citrus scent. It’s a good deal that the brush comes with both degreaser and enough dry lube for multiple uses.

For the price, I expected this kit to only work well for one or two uses. I'm now at several and both the brushes and the product are holding up well

Great product but degreaser was leaking everywhere when it shipped. It had soaked the paper backside and when I opened it, it had spilled all over the floor and wasn't closed properly. This definitely raised some questions as I've never seen something like this happen before but it was easy to look past. The product works very well and I'd recommend! Hopefully yours doesn't come leaking!

For this price, you are getting quite a lot of stuff. You're getting the Grunge brush which is about 12 dollar on it's own along with degreaser and lube. Everything you need to clean your drivetrain. This is a good kit for people who are just casually cleaning their bike, or need to do it in a hurry. This kit is pretty basic. The bottle sizes are pretty small, you'll run out soon, I like to think of these as sample sizes, so you can get a bigger bottle if you like the product. As for the product themselves; the grunge brush is a versatile tool that can clean pretty much all the parts of your drivetrain. For me, sometimes the long brush at the end doesn't quite get everything, but i look at it this way, the brush is for removing large bits and distributing degreaser, which it does well. I love the chain cleaner end, i clean my chain and chainrings. The degreaser does what it says and removes all the grease, but as a warning, it dissolves grease, you still have to use a cloth to actually remove the grease off the bike. The bottle they give you runs out fast, maybe 5 washes for me. Overall, I recommend this, definitely a great price.

It’s a good kit for someone looking for an all in one and not a decent supply of spray and expert effectiveness frame brush. It’s enough of everything you need for maintenance.

I'm horrible about bike maintenance. I ordered this because my chain was getting a little noisy. The cleaning brush worked great and I have the degreaser seemed to clean out a bunch of gunk. It does come out a bit fast so be ready for it. I was able to get the derailer cleaned up as well and it's so much quieter. Shifting is so much smoother and a bit more consistent. I don't know how it stacks up to other kits, but this one worked great for me.

Ich finde das Kit vom Preis-Leistungsverhältniss sehr gut. Allerdings war ich etwas Enttäuscht von der GrungeBrush (ich denke meine Kette war einfach viel zu schmutzig und ich hatte erwartet mit 2-3 mal drüberbürsten würde schon alles gut...) Nich das man mich falsch versteht, es ist ein super Produkt, aber man muss halt doch 30-60 minuten investieren wenn man sich 1000 km nicht um die Kette gekümmert hat. Zaubern kann die Bürste auch nicht. Ich habe alle Produkte aus dem Set ausprobiert, funktioniert alles Super, kann bisher nicht klagen.

I understand money needs to be made, but 3x the cost!. I bought them without searching the internet and learned a lesson.

Klappt sehr gut in Verbindung mit LiquiMoly Wet Lube. Entfetter nicht benutzt.

Macht Prima sauber und Kettenöl spritzt nicht mehr rum und es hängt sich weniger Dreck in die Kette. Die Bürste ist auch ganz praktisch.
