This pillow has helped my neck and back pain tremendously. It has helped me sleep better. It is very comfortable. I am a side sleeper, I use a mouth cover under nose C-pap, and I have to have my arm, whichever side I am on... under the corner of my pillow. A lot of quirks I know! There is on the corners of the pillow the perfect indentation for arms. Oh my gosh...I never dreamed there was a pillow made just for me! The firmness is wonderful., It really is just right. It has a warranty of one year. I think that is incredible. The shape is great for for ease of movement while turning over. It also has an indentation in the middle, for your ears. I have had to move many times because my ear felt like it had no circulation with other pillows. Not the case with this pillow! Laying on your back the indentation feels so good on the back of your head, Its very relaxing. I am surprised you can get a pillow of this quality for such a great price. I had a $60 pillow that did not hold a candle to this one. I used a water pillow....not good. C-pap pillow...no way...too thick! I don't often take the time to write reviews, but this product/pillow actually delivers on its promise. I am thinking another one for the other side of the bed, then I always have one with a clean cover, because I hang dry my pillow slips, and covers. This pillow is economical, guarantee against defects and actually delivers on functionality. Good sleep makes a huge difference in your day!

I have some disc problems in the back of my neck from a minor injury, recently I started having some nerve pain back there so I've been desperate to try anything. In the last week I went from dizzy spells everyday, migraines, & tossing and turning with barely any sleep through the night. My posture isn't great and I usually sleep propped up so I knew I needed something to improve my sleep posture. Night 1, drastic improvement in my sleep! No pain or stiffness in my neck upon waking, no headache or dizzy spell and some of the best sleep I've had in months! I even felt like my posture improved over night as well and I feel more comfortable standing up straight. The cushion is perfect and the neck feels extremely supported. Just after one night, I'm excited to see how this affects me over time. I feel like I have hope again!

Definitely wait 24-36 hours before using. It shaped up for me after about 30 hours and it was such a great pillow to fall asleep on. I got this to see if my other pillow was the culprit behind my lack of ability to fall asleep and behind the the neck pain I've been getting in recent weeks. I'm happy with the purchase for the deal it was on. I wouldn't have paid full price though. It has helped with my neck pain, I can give you that much. I do like how the sides support my head and neck as well. It's soft, yet firm at the same time. Very comfortable pillow. I just haven't been able to find which way suits me best just yet. It holds it's shape and the size is fine, no bigger than a normal memory foam pillow. I gave it four stars because I feel that the dip where you place your head doesn't adequately fit or support the neck where those cushions are. I have to adjust my head to feel the neck support and sometimes that's just an awkward position so I start off on my side bc it's more comfortable. No weird smell to it and it seems to be quite durable. I would recommend this pillow to anyone struggling with neck pain, just take these notes into consideration before buying, as everyone sleeps in different positions and their heads are comfortable in different ways than others.

This pillow is a game changer for me. The first night I slept on it I loved the way it felt. There was no odor at all. It cradled my head comfortably and was soft, yet firm enough to provide my neck with the support it needed. One side is a little thicker than the other. I tried both sides and prefer the lower side. My husband prefers a little more height and found the thicker side fit him perfectly. The memory foam and pillow case is of high quality, and I stayed cool and comfortable throughout the night. This pillow is good value for the money, and worth every penny. If you suffer with neck and shoulder pain I would recommend getting one. I’m glad I did.

THIS IS THE BEST PILLOW I HAVE EVER USED. I'M 71 AND 5'4" SO I AM SHORT WITH A SHORT NECK. I HAVE ACHES. NOT ANYMORE IN MY NECK SHOULDERS AND BACK. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. YOU CAN USE EITHER SIDE. AND IT'S SO SOFT. I DO USE A PILLOWCASE. GREAT PRICE AND GREAT PRODUCT. I'LL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER 4.

The ads are not lying! I was in my trial and err period with pillows and wasted a lot of money along the way. The first night with this pillow was the most restful sleep I have had in a while! Shoulders, neck, hips feel so great! I will say to not give up, it does feel strange, and it will take time to figure out how you like to lay. The pillow itself appearance wise is great, it is smooth and silky, didnt have that weird smell that sometimes happens when items are wrapped in plastic. 10/10

A little overhyped. Cost is a little meh. Size is large. Has 2 sides, I used the brick wall side for a while and sometimes I woke up looking straight down chin-to-chest with the greatest neck cramps before work and probably almost suffocated, but that’s fine. It’s made of memory foam, so that’ll be the biggest selling point. It can get dirty but has a cover to clean. Doesn’t catch hair too bad. Unsure what the hole in the center is for and if you listen to music with headphones while going to sleep that sounds scary. The other side -kind of- makes it better, but overall I think after my next 3 times waking up with concrete neck I’ll probably return this thing because it doesn’t reshape at all or ease into a more comfortable shape like most pillows I’ve used had. Some dude talking about it being after shoulder surgery I get it but if you have strong broad shoulders you’re not going to be able to rest only your head on the brick wall side and will have the pillow almost under you.

This pillow is a dream. It is so comfortable for sleeping on my side or my back. In fact, having mostly been a side sleeper, I find myself sleeping more on my back with this pillow. My neck and shoulder pain have improved after only using this pillow 4 nights. I have tried 6 different cervical pillows and, to date, have sent 4 back. You have to try this one!

I like the fact that it's a good quality memory foam. I like the pillow case, it's silky and nice to touch. However I wish the pillow was smaller. A bit too big for a twin size bed.
