That's because when it comes to blue jeans I'm very picky about the fit and I've been known to try on 8 or 10 pairs in a store before deciding on a purchase. But while browsing for clothing here I stumbled upon these Gap jeans on sale and they piqued my interest. While I've never owned or even tried on a pair of Gap jeans I decided to take a chance on these (against my better instincts). Upon receiving and putting them on I was thrilled to find that the fit was absolutely perfect and they looked great on me. While I'm reasonably fit, I'm rather "leg heavy" and the tighter jeans just don't work for me. While It's not mentioned in the description, the "Medium Indigo White Water" version are basically carpenter jeans and as such are plenty roomy in the legs. For me at least, the cut was just right. I also love the medium blue color. I may actually order another pair even though they're no longer on sale. Review: Incredibly high quality and comfort - Super high quality. Looks better in person. Great manufacturer. Would buy their clothing again. Looks very premium. A little long and ideal for tucking in unless you’re above 6ft. I’m 5’9 1/2 165 wear a medium but the length is too long for untucked unless it’s more beach vibe:) overall 5 stars plus 1

Nice jeans, but check fit.
Nice pair of jeans. Great price, but sized incorrectly. Didn't know until I tried it out recently. The 34 waist felt like it was 33 or 32. Ugh. Too tight!

80s, look.
I. Haven't had jeans that look like this and fit like this since the 80s. They Are very good buy. The fade is like when I used to take a pair of dark blue Levi's. And bleach them through a few Washes. Very attractive color. The fit is good. I think the waist size is running a bit On the small size.. Overall, they fit well. I just have to suck my stomach in a little bit.

Rips easily in crotch area along seams
First pair riped in the crotch as soon as a I tried them on, next pair ripped along seam, 3rd pair has been ok for a few weeks.

Disappointing Fit and Design
I was really excited to receive these pants since I had been wanting a pair in a washed color for a long time. I ordered them in my exact size, 32x30, but when the package arrived, everything was wrong. They’re too tight at the waist, as if they were a size 30, and while the length is fine, the legs are way too wide. Aesthetically, they look terrible because they start off very tight and then become extremely baggy at the bottom. Honestly, this was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I wanted casual jeans, not baggy pants that are a total mess from the start.

Probably expecting too much as I was actually looking for 1969 straight cut 36/32. These are of a much thinner material and of course not straight cut. Also inside leg is closer to 31. Will do as a working pair. Will know better next time.

I believe I bought or paid a jeans without worn out areas, as in the case. I'll try to contact GAP to know about this. In the end, the price I paid is probably the justification for the price. Anyway, it fits well.
