Work for purposes
Nice for what i wanted, dissove into the air over time (i put them in my toolboxes, over time they dissolve and give a very slight coat to my tools, preventing rust)

The smell is true camphor and it does indeed work to open your airways. Less is more, I suggest putting one on a candle warmer or in a spot near your heating to get the scent flowing. An old school mechanic trick is to put one in tool boxes to prevent rust because camphor oil can create a harmless coating on metal. I can not attest to that but I can say I'd rather my tools smell of camphor than petroleum distillates. Now to address some concerns from other reviews 1- this has a strong odor as it is camphor. Open some vapo-rub for comparison. I am familiar with kerosene and it is a very different smell. Nothing like this. 2- camphor can be burned as incense. I think it's overkill but it can. You need an incense burner to control the flame. Putting it on a dish and lighting it is harmless but not very clever. It will, like anything that can burn, flame up and give off smoke and soot. Basic physics.

If you have asthma or respiratory problems don't use a lot of them nor burn them.
SOUL STICKS Natural Camphor Blocks are great product and the price is great also!
